Shipping
We currently only ship domestic orders to the U.S via USPS. You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Please note that our candles are made by hand and will vary in appearance, color and scent. We do our best to show you our candles as they come so you know what to expect.
Unless the product arrives broken and/or defective then you are able to return for an exchange. No refunds.
To be eligible for a exchange, your candle must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for damaged items, not for change of mind. If you would like to exchange your candle please contact us by email first.
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Plum candles is not responsible for any shipping fee or lost/untraceable shipments. We recommend sending the package with tracking services.
